Odometer stopped working

So my VS commodore speedo doesn't tick over kilometers anymore.

RPM, speed, fuel and temperature all work fine.

Just the total km traveled and the 3 digit current trip KM doesn't move anymore.

is there a way to fix this without replacing the whole thing?

yeah i typically posted something before searching and found numerous posts pointing to the COG if the speedo still works...

will buy one and look at taking the dash apart myself

Look in the how to's there's one there that is very detailed ,done mine about 5k ago got the part (cog a genuine one) on ebay , I was advised to use the original they last longer.
