funny noise ?
when i put my car from park to drive it makes a weird clunk noise, like a ting sound ? does anyone know what this is ??
and also sometimes i have no reverse ?
ALSO, if any1 has any vs headlight protectors that are the clip in version ( not the ones you have to bolt to the headlights ) please let me know

Pretty sure you have a big problem brewing there W8,if it hasnt been service for a while i would be getting it in ASAP.If the car isnt already shift kitted you might as well get that done while your at it.

As above....happened twice in 8 years and both times the car drove for a further KM and then....nothing. Both times it was the sun gear in the trans that had fractured/sheared. Cost to fix can be upwards of $2100 for full reco or $400 for one from a wrecker installed yourself (like I did last week)

had the trans serviced almost 3 months ago... apparently it can be a nuetral control switch as well ?

Either way that would give me the shits every time i got in the car did this happen recently or directly after the service?
