    Question vr/vs change over

    hey can someone please tell me what is needed to be done to fit a vs v6 in to my vr v6 commo if some one can help me would be grate

    welcome to the forum mate

    there has been quite a few threads performing ecotec conversion, which includes a list of parts and wiring changes.. a quick search should bring these up.. good to do some background reading from guys that have done it before.

    whats your budget and what do you have so far? do you have any knowledge or smarts on cars?

    im good with cars know plenty got a running vr and a running vs commodores been told its not hard by some and also been told it not worth the messing round i cant see it being to hard budged dont matter so much more just need to know what i need in way of wireing

    its not hard but involved if you have both engine and loom available. i would be swapping the engine loom totally along with teh ecotec, that way you'll have all the correct plugs.

    Yeah loom and computer other wise it dose get hard is it basicly plug and play? And do you need to change any dash loom at all?
