vs 1997 gearbox issue

ok my misus has a 1997 vs commodre wagon ok the fluid levels are ok etc in the morning wen u put it in drive or wen ya reverse the car is reving hardcore barely moving so i have handbrake on in drve n just sit there for couple mins then it drives normal what would cause that or is it stuffed cheers..and it stays in gear sometimes too long

gear box is shot,time for a new one.

oh yer befor i top it up or wen its sometimes low it spits out transmison oil but once its warmed up its great do jerk gears drive smooth as shorley the gearbox ixnt stuffed has to be a way to fix it or maybe just a service?

doesnt jerk threw gears just like a normal auto once warm

check/flush the radiator then your oil lines may be blocked.
