shaking wheel

hey just recently replaced my 15s with 19s on my vsgot a wheel balance/alignment done and new outer tie rod ends fitted at high speed on the highway the wheel shakes a lil and at low speed .. and when i first take off in morning or arvo the wheels feel like they want to fall off .. any ideas what this could be/mean??
