help with aftermarket gauges

Im looking at getting some gauges for my 94 3.8 vr but just need to know the normal running range of the water temp, oil temp and oil pressure in bar format. so i can buy the right range gauges.

these are the gauges im looking at getting

2" Electrical Oil Pressure Gauge (Pressure gauge reads from 0 to 7 Bar (0 to 100 Psi))

2" Electrical Oil Temperature Gauge (Temperature gauge reads from 50 to 150 Degrees Celsius)

2" Electrical Water Temperature Gauge (Temperature gauge reads from 40 to 120 Degrees Celsius)

Don't know about oil temp, but coolant temp will sit just under 100 degrees c. Like 95-98.
Pressure will be between 40-60 PSI.
