VS clubsport running rough

Hi dudes, replaced trans in my VS a few weeks ago and ever since its been missing and running rough as, also has difficulty starting sometimes.
It varies on how rough it runs too, as in some times its worse than others, any suggestions?

Unless there are wires not connected correctly after the install it maybe coincidence.
Usual causes of rough running is blocked fuel filter or other problems such as injectors/regulator/pump, weak spark/dirty plugs/dud leads.
