Holden commodore ute 5ltr 2000.

Hey i am currently having firing problems. Car will run fine for a few minutes then cut out. am getting fuel up at the rail. Will cut out when driving but will roll start again a couple of times then will just cut out completely. No blown fuses and have just replaced the fuel filter incase of a blockage. Went to start again just before and had spark. Change of ignition module made no difference. Just replaced coil 1000kms ago. Any ideas on what i could check next?

Sounds like it might be your fuel pump.

any reason why it would be the fuel pump? I just finished cleaning out the dizzy cap and rotor button and i'm still having the same problem? And na i haven't checked the codes manually yet.

check the plug that runs into the side of the distributor has a good connection
