Will a vs ss fuel tank fit a vr s2 irs

Hey guys was wondering if a vs ss fuel tank that came out of an irs fir my vr s2 irs,the guy has straps and sender unit for good price and the tank is 73 ltrs,any help would be appreciated,thanks heaps folks

yep, straight swap as far as fitment goes.

only prob is that the plug/s for pump and sender unit are different. the VS uses a single plug, while the VR uses two plugs (one for pump, one for sender).

so you'll need the correct plug from a wreckers etc, and change it over.

hey the guy with the tank has the vr sender unit will this make it any easier to swap over the tanks.
