gday all im come across i bit of problem . unsure what is the cause but i went todo a compression test on vs (vt engine) all went well i took the fuel pump fuse out and started the car to remove any fuel from the engine and i took all the leads of at the coil pack end and i did the compression test with the spark plugs in at one at a time so i took one out and when i was finshed with that cylinder i put it back in . all cylinders were with in 185psi to 200psi . so i put everthing back together started her up and all it does it shutter and spit now and idles about 1200rpm and just doesnt fill right i though mite be leads check them made sure there all in order all good check the spark plugs little bit dodgy so went a bought some new ones put them in still buggered . i tryed swapping coil packs around with ones i had spare still no change so i decided to take the spark pllugs back out to inspect them and 4 seem to have a little white powder colour on them and the other to look like there brand new . but those to that look good i traced them back to the same coil pack ?????? is there anything i may have stuffed up or missed and help would greatly appreciated as its an only car i have and needs to get goin cheers
i went back and had a look at the spark and notice im not getting any spark on one coil pack . so i switched them over with a spare coil pack i had put it on and there is still no spark comin from that one ????? any idea could it be a shit dfi module

Did you replace the fuel pump fuse? Again, push it onto the road and call the RACV or RAA or whoever it is in your state, they will tell you whats wrong without you getting your hands dirty.
Have you checked all of the spark plug leads to make sure they are all within spec (maximum resistance) or if any have become open circuited? I'd be checking everthing you removed in the first instance for example you may have damaged a lead removing it.
when i took the leads off dumb a*s me took them off at the coil pack end so that all the coil packs where opened to circuit each other everytime i crank it over to do the compress test ???? could that be the problemm ???????
