VS Odometer cog - FIX

Hi,

For those who run into the speedo working, but odometer/tripmeter not working issue, after ringing around a heap of Brisbane businesses i.e. Motorama etc, looking for the 25 tooth cog that snaps it's molars and getting 'Sorry, Holden don't make them and we don't stock them", I rang Southport Auto Recyclers. They have plenty in stock and my meters now tick over as Holden meant them to. The whole job took around 30mins, from disassemble to back in the car. (Gotta love that trusty kitchen table, eh?)

The cost of the (yellow) cog is $10 from 5 Bailey Cr, Southport.

I did mine too late last year. Got the cog from an instrument place in Brissy. Easy to do and now works like a charm too. This forum is AWESOME. I was never a DIY person until I discovered this place LOL.
