any 1 know who does guard rolling or any tips how i can do the rears to stop it scrubbing...

mate easy to just google guard rolling, here in sydney there is a guy who comes to your house and does it. maybe theres someone like that up your way? if there isnt someone that comes to yours, a good pannel beater should be able to do it or even buy one of the $80 tools from ebay and do it your self. hope this helps.

I just use a hammer that does the job.

heat gun or hair dryer to warm paint to stop it cracking

I have seen it done with a wooden base ball bat.. Just put it in between the tire and guard and slowly drive forward and back and move the bat in as you go and see how much you want them rolled..
