Could be one of many things with the ABS.....the wobble can mean you have worn steering or brake components. Any of these simply can make your car dangerous to drive unless you know that the fault will not affect braking, and from your post you are a bit unsure. My advice would be to get it checked over by either a mechanic or someone with some mechanical knowledge. If you have an accident caused or in any way related to the problems you mention you will not be covered by insurance, get booked....plus hurt, maim or even kill someone. Brakes are prime items.
But apart from the lecture, even though the braking may seem fine right now, the ABS light and the wobble indicate there is something seriously wrong with the brakes....and they may totally fail at any moment.
