vr ute 3.8 conversion to vr ute 3.8 ecotec

hey i was wanting to put a ecotec engine in my car but dont no where to start with the conversion. i was wondering if anyone could send me link or anythink at all the could help me with it thanks

direct bolt in. are both cars auto? will need to change exhaust, engine loom, ecu, powersteering tank and quite possibly the fitting on the radiator for the trans lines

yes both are auto, will the ecotech engine loom plug into the cars loom for the ignition and for dash lights? or do i had to change it.
