LSD suitability confirmation?

Just a quick question guys,

Lsd Rebuilt Vn Vp Vr Vs Ea El Ef Valiant 28 Spline | eBay

I saw this and was wondering if this is the correct one for my VR? As far as i know the diff is standard, i did just change the fluid out but the car sits on 100km/hr on about 2000rpm-2100rpm. Unsure of ratio.

How difficult will this be to fit? Im unfamiliar with many of the holden specifics and am still learning,

all borg warner 78 diff centres should fit each other.

I know im a bit iffy aswell. Something thats solid and locks properly as i do frequent the track... Not so much anymore though, would like to change that.

Is there anyone here on the forums that sells rebuilt LSD's?
