    Default what do I need for a v8 conversion?

    Hey every one me again, proberly starting to become a pain in the bum but every one is so helpful I was just wondering what I need to convert my vs v6 to a v8? I know I need the engine, gearbox and wiring loom but what else do I need?

    Tailahaft, Engine Mounts, Radiator, PCM etc... IF you search based on your title there will be plenty of threads with all the answers you need. Just a question, Have you considered putting an L67 in it? Easier and cheaper IMO

    Definately worth a think.....

    Easiest and probably cheapest option would be to sell your VS V6 and buy a VR / VS V8. That way you dont have the the headache of crap going wrong. And I dont know if you would need an engineers cert for it as well. Thats another cost. Not worth it

    Yea there is no way I would ever sell my vs I'm obsessed with it and where is the fun in just buying a v8 anyways?

    serious though, it's better to buy a factory v8 .. less headaches
