Vr stalling at idle

Hi guys, I turn my car over ( takes a bit to get it going) then cuts out, once I get going, as soon as I let off the throttle its stalls. I gave changed spark plugs, leads and coil packs, could this be fuel pump, injectors etc??

Clean the IAC stepper actuator and port out and see if it makes a difference.

Remove ISC motor located on the throttle body, and clean it.
