VR SS 5.0L troubles help needed asap

Just put motor & box back In VR SS 5.0L, have hooked everything up, put battery in went to kick her over. No dash lights, no cranking no nothing, however the headlights r coming on donuts DEFINETLY not a flat battery. I have checked everything & everything I can c is hooked up. Any suggestions would b great.

have you checked the engine fuse? could also be a missing earth somewhere

Headlights coming on is no guarantee that the battery is OK. Battery may still not have enough charge to turn on dash lights and starter motor. Have you checked the battery charge with a multimeter when you turn on the ignition to try and start the car? Check the battery earth for a good connection to the body. Check the fusible links as well as the fuses and relays that others have suggested. Have you tried starting it with the gear selector in neutral as well as park?
