VR cranks but wont start

Hi

My Vr has a reco motor in it and partner has been over averything he can think of like leads and fuel pump all thoes kind of things. does anyone have any other ideas why it wont start?

When he turns the key something pops in the motor

Did the problem occur once you put the reco engine in?

It drove fine after it was put in then started having problems a few days later

I'd check for error codes to start with look in the how to section to read codes

Sounds as if the timing is out but weird it happened on its own.. Check error codes go from there...
