hi fellas just recently picked up a vs acclaim it was a one owner mint car with low km,s 123xxx the car is mechanically fine but the oil was blackish so io did the usual new oil and oil filter but upon checking up on this a few days after doin so and only starting it a few times the oil on the dipstick is milky but the car is not losing any water or anything ?? so any help would be awesome thanks
How's the radiator coolant? Really wouldn't be surprised if the inlet gasket has had it.

i suspected that but wat i dont get is that b4 oil change it was fine then i did a service started her up twicw checked oil and she is milky ? can it be the grade of oil or
Milky oil is water in the oil , so it can't be the grade of the oil itself
idk aye but y did it suddenly start doing this when it hasnt even been driven
Maybe post up a pic of the oil on the dipstick so we can see.
Sometimes after an oil change the oil will look milky because it is clean oil mixing with the remnants of old oil.
and what positive signs will show a headgasket
My mums car has the same problem with only 120,000kms and it's a fairly late model 05 I think but I don't think it's a head gasket I'm not an expert but in most cases isn't it meant to be blowing a lot of smoke? And it hasn't been driven very hard I would like to know more causes of it but
