vr s2 light switch removal

hey guys as the title states im wondering how to remove the light switch from the dash fascia now ive already got the fascia from a wreckers with light switch just wanting to take it out and put it in my vr fascia.thanks for any help guys

main knob pulls off, then the light dimmer part comes off.

you then hold the switch body still, and rotate the part with the icons around and it all comes apart.

once the main knob and dimmer knob are off it will be obvious.

got the main knob and dimmer off as well as the pars with the icons and still wont budge like wtf?

its a little tab stopping it huh?
i snapped that little tab off when i replaced mine, then once i put the switch back in i drilled a little screw in place of the tab to stop the switch spinning around in the fascia. hope you understand what im saying!
