Parts for 1996 Opel Calais(VR-VS commodore based)

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help here..
My cousin has a 1996 Opel Calais in KL, Malaysia.. and i'm intending to buy it as I know its based on the VR-VS commodores and have always been a fan of them.

SO if i buy it, i want it to look like an HSV GTS/SENATOR...but what should i change in order to achieve that? In malaysia the calais actually has a statesman/caprice front end.. and where can i get those parts?

As for engines, the Opel Calais has a 2.6 V6 as standard. I would go for a V8, but high road tax for large capacity engines would prohibit that here in Malaysia. I'll go for something smaller instead...actually I have 1 engine in mind..Toyota's 1JZ-GTE, a 2.5 straight 6 with twin turbos...yummy

Anyway, I would like to hear from anyone on the bodyparts , thanks

Well, in australia you can get the parts basically anywhere. Some shops might send overseas so it might be worth giving afew of them a call:

BTW: The 1jz-GTE engine has already been fitted to a vs and it flies!! Great choice imo!
