will a vn 5 speed fit into a vr calais

hi guys im new to this stuff. im just wondering iv just brought an auto vr calais. duel fuel. im wondering if a vn 5 speed conversion drop into it.

Should do mate, series 2 vn onwards as the flywheel, if u use it, has to b 8 bolt, and the engine being a Buick not ecotec. Are u buying a conversion kit?

yes the box will fit there the same bolt pattern(i have one bolted to my ecotec) the only thing is like social said you need the series 2 8 bolt flywheel as the series1 had a 6 bolt flywheel.
