No. A BOV is there to relieve pressure on the engine when fuel decreases during a gear change. This pressure is caused by the blower or turbo, so without one, there won't be any noise.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong - I'm damn tired atm.

yeh if you determined enough to be a looooooser i spose you could use an air tank in the boot and hook it up somehow but thats as useless as the thread about putting a turbo timer on an N/A car

Manifold won't work. There just isn't enough pressure from an n/a car to make any noise.

Most common thing I've heard of around where I live, is people putting holes in their exhausts to try and get a whine similar to a blower.

tarantula said:
presure valve release *very hard to explain gota see* basically whenever my car reaches 6000rpm all exess presure is released out of the valve witch is placed at the bottom of the car *where the manifolds meet*
it actually sounds nice as it a BOV sound, sometime i force more outa each gear till the car valve bouce witch only ends up in hearring the valve opening and releasing presure *not constant but it would let presure out. stop. and once presure builds up again it will release it again. it dose it around twice per second*
this is a quote from another thread
