vs inside tank fuel line

hey guys, got this return line inside the fuel tank, not sure how to replace this line as there is no inspection plate ontop of the tank, so just wandering wat the best way to go about replacing this pipe


any help would be great

U have to remove the sender unit to get access to the sender and its lines which are on the front side of the tank.

If ur talking about the breather hoses on top the are welded in from memory.

I think his meaning the return line. Which is irreplaceable (I think).

The return line from memory is connected to the sender unit which can be replaced.

Get someone with small hands to reach in through the fuel pump hole and disconnect/reconnect the return line to the swirl pot, then its just a matter of reconnecting the other end of the return line to the fuel pump assebly before its refitted to the tank..

Might be simpler just to get another tank.

I did this when the venturi for the swirl pot failed and it wouldn't run below 1/2 tank.
