Stage 2 Shift Kits can be done on the cheap for around $300. I had mine done properly last week for $700. Which includes corvette piston, O-ring boost valve and modified separation plate.

I paid $1500 for mine and took a few days. Some places went up to around $1800 and they should all come with a one year warranty.

**** you guys are getting your pants pulled down big time. Get yourself a reco'd box, I picked mine up for $770. It takes a few hours to do sure, but its reletively straight forward work, just do it yourself! Unless of course you've got $500+ that you just don't want, then I guess you could pay someone to install it for you....

I just got a rebuilt box + convertor done for my VRII.
I has now got all the Stage 2 mods + Corvette Servo + the heavy duty 9 plate clutch pack that was used in the auto utes.
It also got a fully recoed Torque Convertor.

COST: $1900.00 including fitting.

It's magic!
There is a huge improvement in the car now.

Cheers,
