whats the best fuel Efficient mod?

i was just womdering what it the most fuel Efficient mod that doesnt cause any lose of power?

nah exhaust, cai maybe, not exactly sure, fuel and air filter etc

Drive smoothly, dont stop and start. Just make sure your car is running well, not many other options when your running a v6, shes pretty fuel efficient.

It's everything working in good order combined that gets the best efficiency out of your Commodore. O2 sensor, injectors, air filter spark plugs etc.
I wish there was some other easy solution
