A/C Fan & Rear Dimister Not Working HELP!

Hey All

I have a problem in that some times (becoming more frequent)
my Fan 1-2-3-4 will not turn on but somethimes when i turn the Rear dimister off it kicks in, also the dimister light seems dull as well, could i be having relay problems.......

Any help would be appreciated.

remove your windscreen wipers, remove the black plastice thing under them, under that there is like a dome cup upside down which is screwed in, under that there is a resistor, replace it, i think they cost around 40 bux. Fan resistor

Aw i just new other people would have this problem. Damn im so good to you guys. Wouldnt worry bout the demister, very common not to work on VR/VS. You dont really need it anyway. Check fuses and that, otherwise wouldnt bother.
