whats the diff between mid and rear mounted struts?

r you talking as mid an rear mount in the engine bay? if so the difference would depend on your type of engine.
the rear mounted type would suit engines that have high intake manifolds i.e groug A, an the brace would go around the back

the mid mounted type would go across the engine

ah cool makes sense i got nothing that would get in the way of mid mount do you know if its worthwhile and do they just bolt right on?

standard wise they would only benifit the look of your engine bay :D , but once you start changing your suspension i.e lower shocks, stiffer springs and maybe bigger sway bars then the strut brace will really help with cornering as it stops the two towers from flexing which helps keep the susupension setting right i.e castor, camber and toe.

as for installing one it really easy an looks the goods :D
