This is me first post here so bare with me, How the hell do you remove door sills on a VS Acclaim? :realangry

do you mean the door trim?..
if so,you pull up the lock on the door,with a small flat blades screwdriver pick out the orange/red piece and then undo the screw behind it.
then pick out the centre piece of the door handle and undo the screws there.
look along the bottom of the door trim and find the screws to undo there..
then gently pull the whole door trim down from behind the aircon piece on your door..
its hard tryna think of how you do it without the door infront of me actually doing it,but i think thats all.

Nah m8 I already know how 2 take off the door trim, It's the actual bit of plastic running along the bottom of the door openings.
Hope this explains things a bit better :)

the spot where you would put scuff plates?

i think that has like a compression lock strip thing, you get to it from near / behind the kickpanel and pull the thin strip out, from there i cant really help as i havent taken that part out as of yet.
