Cheap Mods and Speeds

well i thought id just post this info:

i have a vr commodore and it was pretty stock except exhuast and mags,
the speeds i got with this with the bellmouth connected were

1st - 50km/h
2nd - 120km/h

i took the bellmouth out and i got:

1st - 60km/h
2nd - 135km/h

ive just installed a genuine cold air intake and k&n hi flo air filter
i will post these result on monday (when i get my puncture fixed , btw my spare is badly so i aint doing that **** on bald tyre)

yea me 2 im wondering wot all these addon things are like tho, (Fuel savers etc) like hiclones etc, do they actually do any thing??

it like a little cup that sits in the intake manifold - ment to give better air flow or some crap, ill post a link howto remove it:

well its ment to, but hasnt done it to mine

but some body told me a cold air intake gets rid of that if u haver issues any way

t like a little cup that sits in the intake manifold - ment to give better air flow or some crap,

it reduces airflow as holden recieve complaints of "excessive wheelspin" in the first series VNs

well, cai and k&n filter doesnt help to much in top speeds,

60 1st 135 2nd but it gets to those speeds a bit quicker, ill get hold of a gtec and test it out when i get some cash to buy one, or borrow one

ive got a CAI, K&N and chip.. (plus other mods) im hitting just under 70 in 1st
