Im not trying to start a debate here, just asking some questions,
Ive searched the fourms about CAI and pannels and pods etc.

Feel free to correct me, but what ive learnt it:
#Pods suck in more air than a pannel filter
#Pods suck in hot air which counter acts this

There is a thread about the PVC pipe from the air box to under the front bar, (CAI)
What if i was to run piping from the engine to the front of the car and attach a pod there?
Im afraid im going to get told its illegal. what if the pod is just behind the front bar, but not visible??

any ideas would be great, im mainly doing it for better fuel consumption, My 4c off every litre just isnt doing it...

thanks again everybody

you are correct with pods sucking in more air but less oxygen, rather than reloacting the pod outside the engine bay, make a box to sit over the pod (fully enclosed) and have some sort of cai pumpin cold air into that, that could give u the best of both worlds, there is a factory made on that i think the vy-z ones take with a pod filter and cai
