Hi All, How do u test the coil pack in a vr 6 cyl

easyest way to test is use a timing light, nil or erratic fireing is easly spotted.

another way is to check it with a multimeter. place multimeter wire one to 6 and one to 3 then 2 and 5 then 1 and 4. it should read about 6 - 6.20ohms between the coils (approx only) if coils are any good.
