vs ute? changing from 2 to 3 seats

need to know whats involved and how i can go about it. and where is the best place to buy the parts from? and is it very difficult to do?

Well, you could try and get the bench seat and mounts from a wrecking yard-not too pricey, I wouldnt think- but then you would have to modify the center console to fit it in, and unless your ute is a column shift, there isnt gunna be a heck of a lot of room for passengers.
