Gday, i was talking to one of my mates the other day and he reckons that C/C was an option on VR's and that not all of them hae them. Anyone know? i looked at a site, and it didnt have it listed as a standard feature, but i was sure that it was standard. For that matter, are power mirrors standard??

I wanted t know, because i could possibly have upper spec wiring/ maybe even BCM if not standard

c/c was optional on VR execs but std on pretty much everything else. pwr mirrors were std on all models except the utes.

so if your exec has c/c that was optional - and the pwr mirrors are std.

I got the dicky speed alert :D But no c/c (this is on an esteem, but basically exec with a/c, p/w and mags). Power mirrors are there...

For power windows you would obviously have to get motors/switches installed.. but yeah no idea if wiring would be there std, i imagine there would have to be some provision for it if they offered it as an upgrade.

2016 MY16 SV6, 2 x Triumph 2500 (1970/77), manuals
VS S2 Manual Executive.

I bought a VS S2 back in 1997 (still got it as a second car).

It was a manual V6, and came with optional IRS, ABS and Dual SRS (airbags), as well as the obliquatory AIR.

I bought the Holden cruise control kit, which came with an extra wiring loom. However, my car already had the correct wiring connectors (probably due the ABS) so it was a real easy fit.

CC was only an option on Executive autos, and not officially available on the manuals for VS S2, so there was no way that it was standard on VR Executive.
