i am wonting to put a cam in my v6 and was wondering wat size to put in it and where to get it from

The cam that you put in would depend on lots of things, if you have or are not going to do a lot of engine mods a mild cam would probably be the go. Crow Cams have a stage 2 kit that includes Cam, Springs, Lifters and Memcal about $900.00, might be the go.A Much bigger stick and you start lookin at upping the Compression and if you do up that there is much more to do like Head work Etc and of course the Wallet goes out a plenty. Also if you have an Auto a Stally is recommended again for a standard engine with a mild Cam about a 2500Rpm would be the go. Depends on how you are going to drive it also.
