A/C No Longer Cold VS

Hey All
Got a problem with dads 97 VS V6 Commodore!
its JUST been regassed and had the receiver dryer replaced
now its not as cold as what it used to be (used 2 have to turn it off it got that cold) but now it just blows cool air on full cold
i have checked the temperature control (drivers side footwell) and it is correctly adjusted, the heater tap moves back and forth in relation to the temperature control and the chap that regassed it said there were no leaks (both before and after it was gassed)
anyone got any ideas?

It may be under or overcharged, take it back and tell him your not satisfied with the system, he should look at again.
