hey im preparing installing an electric antenna this weekend and was just wondering if i have a cd player, amp and sub all hooked up will this have any affect on the procedure of connecting the antenna?

No...you just need the radio on wire from the head unit ...one wire factory its a yellow/red wire.
Are you using the bcm in the circuit?I think you have to get it working as per factory.
My car however uses a separate module like the earlier models as it has a low level bcm but I think most vs's have the mid one standard.
I have a spare loom that uses the separate module and also uses up and down buttons that go in the centre console if you are interested.
