fuel filter

ok.. silly question i know...

i brought a bunch o stuff to put into my VS... when I came across a small problem..

Can anyone tell me roughly where the fuel filter on a VS wagon is

Should be up the back right hand side of the car, close to the fuel tank. From memory its sits above the axle, or close to it.

Just a tip too, when changing the fuel filter, make sure you depressurise the system first. Best way is to just start the car up, and remove the fuel pump relay under the bonnet, wait until the engine stalls, and then crank for another 10 to 15 seconds to relieve the remaining pressure. Saves getting a face full of fuel, not pleasant!
