My radio isnt working? Help ASAP :(

Hi I just took off my door trim to have alook at the stock speakers then i put it all back together again and tried the radio and it didnt work?

I press the on button and all i get is a number like 1 or 2.

Does anyone know whats wrong with it? I disconnected the batter so i dont electricute myself, does the radio need to be RESET after the battery has been disconnected?

When you disconnect the battery the radio loses its security code.
You have to re-enter the 4-digit PIN code. That number 1 is the radio waiting for the first time for you to enter the number. If you get it wrong, the radio will display 2, and if you get it wrong again I think you have to wait an hour to try again, or just disconnect the battery.
Hope it's in your handbook or somewhere or you'll have to go to a Holden dealer with your VIN number, pay $10 and they'll access the factory PIN number for that car.

Easiest way, disconnect the battery for a few minutes then re-connect.
Now turn on the radio and it should be showing 1.
Enter the PIN code using the station select numbers 1,2,3 etc.
If you've got the right PIN, she'll go.

The ---- means you've had 3 unsuccessful attempts at putting in the radio pin. You need to keep the radio connected to power for 1 hour before it will let you try again. Just keep your key switched to "ACC" for 1 hour and it will then display "1" just like before.
