air bag light

g'day all my air bag light in my acclaim is on all the time, im just wondering what i can do if anything or do i just take it to an auto elec and get them to hook it up to their diagnostic machine?

yer my VS acclaim has that light on, maybe we should crash and check if the airbag works...

According to the good book the airbag will not work if the light is ON....and you need to get the warning light removed by an autoelec who has the scan tool to do it ....costs from $10 to $30. It may cost more if there is an actual problem and the good news is that there usually isn't!!!!
