LS1 Transplant

Has anyone got any experience with ls1 transplants into a vr? i like the 5.0 but mines got a heap of k's on the clock (200k plus) so im not sure if its worth spending money on it for more power (ie supercharger or stroker). would love to hear of any advice/problems/costs etc.

I've only heard about one ls1-VR conversion, was done in the owner's backyard, then sold before the project was finished, but new owner did some work and it's been featured in sc.
if you want to stand out, go with the ls1 over stroker/blower, as these two are pretty commonplace. personally, I'd go with the ls1, but it comes down to budget and what you want from the end result
