Shift kits on ebay...worth it

shift kits going on ebay for 70 bucks. just wondering if they are worth the money? or if anyone has brought one off ebay??

It isn't a shift kit. Its a piggyback chip which alters line pressures in your transmission to make the shifts 'feel' firmer.

It probably won't do any damage, but it won't give you the same results a proper shift kit does either...

There seems to be lots of this sort of crap on Ebay. If you want real results you need real work done to your car. This sort of thing is just repackaged snake oil.
