Swapping Mirrors and now connector PROBLEM!

Hey guys, i got a pair of electric mirrors last night for my car, they were originally off a VP but VN-VS are all the same mirrors.
anyway, i was just wondering is there any way to change the actuall mirror (the glass part inside) with my original ones? cause the glass condition on the new ones i got arnt as good as the old ones.
Is it hard to do? or just not woth it?
also, the passengers side one doesnt have that 'Objects in mirror are closer than they appear' written on it, does that matter? im assuming not?

Any help appreciated
Nick

ran into a snag

hey guys, ran into a problem.
now, the mirrors that were originally on the car have a different connection to the ones i got the other day. how hard is it to make the new connection fit? is there something from autobarn or something to make them work together? or in the door is there a different connection? cause on the new mirrors i got, the cord is longer than the original ones by about 20ish cm?

ill post some pics of the two mirriors, sorry bout quality too, they were off my phone. the first 3 pics are or the original mirrors(white connector) and the last three are pics of the new ones(black connectors)

Thankz again
Nick

Now i just need to know if i can swap the mirror so that the new white ones i have on my car can have the original passengers mirror with the 'objects in mirror are closer than they appear' on it, it shouldnt matter, just seems/feels weird with the other ones reflection.

Any help is appreciated

I doubt you'd be able to remove the old mirror glass without cracking it, they are very thin. You could remove the glass (crack it) and replace with new glass which just sticks in, they are about $12 a side.

I put on a new set of mirrors on my car and tried to get the glass out on my old set. It is near impossible - probably designed that way to stop theft. You will damage it in the process.
