My mechanic who has been working with GM holden, especialy during the VR - VS (93 97) era told me that if i wanted more bottom end response get a diff from ute or wagon of the same year and model as your car and put it in your car which is a sedan model.
Due to different diff ratios in utes and wagons because of there greater need to pull heavier loads, this will increase bottom end response which is especialy usefull for a quick overtake on the guy infront with the shitty ford because i just love to stick my ass infront of there car and watch them in regret thinking "damm i should of just bought one"
Is this true? cant be just the diff though?
