Removal Of The Rear Parcel Shelf Speakers Involves RemovingThe Rear Seat BackRests,The SeatBelts & The Parcel Shelf Which Is Retained By Clips. The Speakers Are Retained By Screws...

Should be a couple of bolts on the floor holding the seats down (at least in my vs it was like that, dunno how different a stato is).. then you have to lift them up over some retaining clip things on the back... come out pretty easy. Then you just have to manhandle the parcel shelf out.

Remove the bolts retaining the seat backrests frame to the floor panel, Lift the seat backrest from the retaining brackets, Remove the seat backrest from the vehicle & Place it on a clean surface,

down on the floor.. should be a metal inverted U shape thing running from the bottom of the seat back...

You might have to lift up any lining that is on the floor to find it, but you should also be able to feel it, they are near the centre.
