ECU memory???

While at work today i was told by a semi-reliable mate that vs commodores store a history in there computer, eg: top speed its gone and other specific information with corresponding dates and times. Can any one verify if this is correct???

not exactly but there is some information that is recorded when a trouble code logs, speed etc at the time the code logged is included.
there is no provision for recording that data without a dtc logging.
dates & times are not available
