iv got a vs ecotec with cai,k&n fillter,top gun leads,pacemaker extractors 2.5in zorst.what should i do next to get more power?fit roller rockers,chip,bigger tb,twin tb,shift kit,diff gearing?

yeah the roller rockers sound like the best bet, they give the benefits of a cam without all the cost and hassle. Then get a chip or memcal, some head work, a stage 2 shift kit. VL diff ratio (3.45 compared to standard 3.08). Then you'll smoke stock 5 litres.

while were on the topic of roller rockers, how much? and does anyone know where i can get hold of a decent set of extractors at a reasonable price in adelaide area?

Headwork well a port and polish comes to mind as well as port matching and shaving the heads to raise the compression (Hi compression ok as long as you don't plan supercharging later on). I wont lie its not cheap, most speed shops have people that specialise in heads.
