Jacking points / stands on a VS

Whats the safest jacking points on a VS front end using a hydraulic jack and safest place to put jack stands....

and also the rear end if anyone knows...

jack under engine k-frame and under diff. jack stands under k-frame for front and under rear axle if solid axle - sorry not sure for irs

Safest place to jack a car on a hydrolic hoist is where the suspension meets the body, this is because when car is sitting on all four wheels that is where the weight rests.

Just look under the car and follow the suspension to it's mounting point.
