Hi

My mate has a statesman vs supercharged 6 and hes getting a boostgauge and wants it installed. just wondering how its down? Does it connect thru to the carbon canister like on how some cars are?

Cheers

Much appreciated.

I was under the impression that any vac line will do.

Any vacuum line doesn't sound right unless you want manifold vacuum readings... you need to tap into the pressure side of the blower manifold for boost readings...see this link.

Aussie L67 dont have this line but the pipe is there blocked off with a rubber cap... I reckon thats where a boost gauge is meant to be hooked up to.
